IamNCO at AUSA Annual Meeting
Talk to one of our staff about what we aim to do for the NCO Corps
We wanted to remind you that the team of IamNCO are rolling out our mission, vision and goals this week during the 2024 Association of the United States Army (AUSA) annual meeting at the Walter Washington Convention Center in Washington DC. If you are in attendance, be sure to seek out our chairman Dan Elder, Executive Director Lance Lehr, or our Director of Education Matt Lord, if you want to engage with this first of its kind NCO-focused research and policy center. We will be talking with NCOs gathering feedback, ideas, and issues, so be sure to tell us your thoughts about how this center can support future initiatives and issues that are important to the force.
We will also be listening to senior Army leaders discuss policies affecting the enlisted population, specifically all three components of the total Army, and how they impact our profession. We hope to engage in face-to-face dialog with current and past noncommissioned officers and we seek to establish relevance and plan our actions. The first day so far has been one of great hope, and we look forward to seeing more of what the future has in store for our Army NCOs.
Do you have an agenda on where you all can be found tomorrow?
We need this program now! The NCO think tank!
